Open your Instagram app and log in to your account.
Click on your profile icon located at the bottom right corner of your screen.
You will see an icon similar to a person’s silhouette next to your posts. This is the "Photos of You" tab. Click on it.
Here you can view photos in which you've been tagged. However, if the photo is hidden, it should only be visible to you even when someone else is visiting your profile.
In order to manage which photos appear in your profile, click on any picture in the "Photos of You" section.
Click on the three-dotted icon in the top right corner of the post.
Select “Post Options” and then choose whether you want to "Show on My Profile" or "Hide from My Profile."
