Your MetroPCS account number, also known as a Metro by T-Mobile account number, is a unique number associated with your service account. To retrieve your account number, follow these steps:
- Log in to your MyMetro account online or via the MyMetro app, which is available for download from the Google Play Store and App Store. If you don't have a MyMetro account, you can create one online.
- After logging in, navigate to the "Account" or "Billing" section of your account.
- Your account number should appear in this section, often listed as "Account Number" or another similar term.
- If you do not see your account number, or are unable to log into your account, you have another option, which is contacting MetroPCS's Customer Service.
- Customer Service can be reached by dialing 611 from your MetroPCS phone or by calling 1-888-8METRO8 (1-888-863-8768).
- After connecting to a representative, request to know your account number. Be prepared to provide your phone number and account password/pin for verification.
- Once verified, the customer service representative should be able to give you your account number.
